Rental Agreement

Luxe Decor Rentals

Rental Agreement & Terms and Conditions

This Rental Agreement is between Luxe Decor Rentals and the customer listed at checkout or on the invoice. By booking and paying for a rental, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Rental Items

Luxe Decor Rentals agrees to provide the flower wall, lighting, neon sign, and/or add-on items selected at booking for the event date, time, and location provided by the customer.

Rental items remain the property of Luxe Decor Rentals at all times.

2. Payment and Reservation

Payment is required to reserve the event date. A rental is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

Rental payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred one time to a new available date with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.

3. Refundable Damage Deposit

A $150 refundable damage deposit is collected at checkout.

The damage deposit may be refunded after the rental items are picked up and inspected, provided there is no damage, loss, missing items, excessive cleaning required, improper use, or violation of this agreement.

Luxe Decor Rentals may retain all or part of the damage deposit to cover damage, missing items, cleaning, repair, replacement, or related costs. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the customer agrees to pay the remaining balance.

4. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup

Rental includes delivery, standard setup, and pickup within the included service area stated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate venue information, setup access time, event end time, pickup time, parking/loading details, and any venue rules that may affect setup or pickup.

Additional fees may apply for travel beyond the included mileage, paid parking, difficult load-ins, stairs, locations above the first floor, late-night pickup, next-day pickup, long-distance travel, or unusual venue restrictions.

5. Space and Setup Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring the venue has enough space for the selected rental.

An 8'x8' flower wall requires approximately 8 feet of width, 8 feet of height, and enough depth for the frame and guest photos.

A 16'x8' flower wall requires approximately 16 feet of width, 8 feet of height, and enough depth for the frame and guest photos.

Luxe Decor Rentals may refuse or modify setup if the space is unsafe, unsuitable, inaccessible, or different from what was described at booking.

6. Outdoor Use and Weather

Outdoor setup may be allowed only on level, dry, safe ground and at the discretion of Luxe Decor Rentals.

Flower walls, lighting, neon signs, and related decor may not be used in rain, high wind, mud, standing water, unsafe conditions, or any location where the items may be damaged.

If weather or site conditions make outdoor setup unsafe, the customer must provide an approved indoor or covered backup location. No refund will be issued if the customer does not provide a safe backup setup location.

7. Customer Responsibility

The customer agrees to keep all rental items safe during the rental period.

The customer and guests may not climb, lean on, move, alter, detach, tape, staple, glue, pin, hang items from, or otherwise modify any rental items unless approved by Luxe Decor Rentals.

No open flames, candles, sparklers, confetti cannons, smoke bombs, food, drinks, paint, glitter, adhesive, or staining materials may be used on or near the rental items without written approval.

8. Venue Rules and Permissions

The customer is responsible for obtaining all venue permissions needed for setup, placement, delivery, pickup, and use of the rental items.

If the venue refuses setup or requires changes, Luxe Decor Rentals will make reasonable adjustments when possible, but no refund is guaranteed.

9. Cancellations and Date Changes

Rental payments are non-refundable.

One date change may be requested with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability. If the requested new date is unavailable, the original booking terms remain in effect.

Cancellations, no-access situations, unsafe setup conditions, or venue refusal may result in forfeiture of payment.

10. Damage, Loss, and Cleaning

The customer is responsible for damage, loss, theft, missing parts, excessive cleaning, or misuse of rental items during the rental period.

Repair, replacement, cleaning, or loss costs may be deducted from the damage deposit. If costs exceed the deposit, the customer agrees to pay the remaining balance.

11. Photos and Marketing

Luxe Decor Rentals may photograph completed setups for portfolio, website, and social media use unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before the event.

Luxe Decor Rentals will not intentionally publish private event details such as home addresses or personal contact information.

12. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Decor Rentals is not responsible for injuries, property damage, venue restrictions, weather issues, delays caused by the venue or customer, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

The customer agrees to hold Luxe Decor Rentals harmless from claims arising from misuse of rental items, unsafe venue conditions, guest behavior, or failure to follow this agreement.

13. Governing Law

Luxe Decor Rentals is based in New Hampshire. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, except where the laws of another state must apply because of the event location or applicable consumer protection requirements.

14. Agreement

By completing payment, signing this agreement, or accepting delivery/setup of rental items, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions.
